Application

The purifier is applied for purifying and grading ofsemolina and middlings in semolina, flour and maize(corn) mils.

Mode of operation

The stock flows at a uniform rate through the feed gateand is spread across the entire sieve width. The sievebox is equipped with 3 sieve decks. Air is drawn throughthe sieves during the sieving operation. In the resultingfluidbed, the lowest-density particles are lifted and thenaspirated through the aspiration hood. The hull particleswith a low specific gravity tail over the sieves, while theclean semo-linas drop through. Depending on the qualityrequirements, the throughs can be united in the shakingchannel.
